設備主要用途/Main Application:
主要用于內層無孔的PCB板的放板. 如:內層前處理、化學前處理、自動線、減銅線磨邊線.
It is mainly used for loading the PCBs without holes on the surface in I/L treatment, such as pretreatment of I/L, pretreatment of chemical, automation line, copper-reducing line and edge
grinding line.
